Behavioural and electrophysiological (EEG) measures enable us to disentangle peripheral and central auditory processes, and to enhance our understanding of how speech understanding varies with age. Depending on the current research question and the interest of the student, a project can be defined, including both literature review and empirical measurements.

  • Number of places available: 1 per semester

Prerequisites

  • High level undergraduate student.
  • Minimum GPA 3.4
  • Relevant academic background.

I have enjoyed mentoring 5 EuroScholars students who have participated in ongoing research. For the students a first experience with research is a valuable and important experience and an added bonus for admission to medical school afterwards.
